We started taking our dogs to West Charleston Animal Hospital... Courtney - Jul 18, 2011
as puppies about a year and a half ago. We have since moved and although it is no longer as convenient for us, we continue to take our dogs there because of how much my husband and I love the care they get there. The staff, from the techs to the doctors, is incredible and always take such great care of our two dogs. We highly recommend West Charleston Animal Hospital

I have been taking all my pets to West Charleston Animal Hospital... Paula - Apr 30, 2011
for three years. My pets have been cared for by three different doctors and all were wonderful. They also have a friendly, caring staff and the place is immaculately clean. Today I took my cat in for his shots and he was so freaked out traveling in the carrier that he had pooped and peed all over himself. The staff washed out my carrier and gave my poor kitty a bath. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

I had to take my dog... anonymous - Mar 31, 2011
in to see Dr Jones due to the mailman hit him and left. I can not tell you how upset, scared, and worried I was that my best friend was unable to use any of his body. We walked in, no apt, and they took us in like we had been there before. Unfortunatly they had to call a day later to tell me that my beloved pup passed away. With in a few days I had received a card in the mail from Dr. Jones and some of the staff saying how sorry they were....GREAT people! A year, and new pup later, I had to take my new buddy up since he was not feeling himself. Turns out my dog has Pneumonia, and after a short stay is feeling back to normal. Appox 3 days later I have received a call from Dr Jones himself asking how my Camshaft was doing. I cant tell you enough how much I appriciate the follow up call, and the personal service! I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!!
